Hard candy line is an automatic line for making single-color, double--color and center-filled hard candy. The whole line is composed of sugar melting pot, syrup transfer pump, heat preservation Storage tank, continuous vacuum cooker, depositing unit, cooling tunnel and packing machine. The line is easily operated by LED touch screen to adjust syrup flue,cooking temperature, cooking time, depositing speed, and quantity of essence, pigment and acid. To achieve desired shapes of candies, we offer candy molds custom service. The core part, continuous vacuum cooker, which provides high quality syrup and consists of pre-heater, film concentrate-system, vacuum system, heating/heat preservation system, discharging system, electrical control system and pipes.
